The Contractor shall be properly licensed and bonded to perform general contracting work in the State of Oklahoma or have equivalent licensing and be approved for such work by the Veteran s Administration. Is this a special requirement for the state of Oklahoma? Because it is a federal project, would we be permitted to proceed without the license? Would a general contractor who is properly licensed and bonded in the State of Arizona be considered qualified for this project, or would they also be required to hold a license in the State of Oklahoma? Answer No. 1: No, No. A teaming agreement would be needed. Other states are acceptable. Other states are acceptable. Question No. 2: Please clarify certification requirements (CVE vs SBA).
