This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for courier services, for delivery and pick-up of Dental instruments for Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in Pensacola and Panama City, FL. NCO 16 is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to procure these services. Proposals or quotes are not being requested or accepted with this notice. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes.
