- This is a new requirement for armored car services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation (armored car vehicles), labor (armed professional guards) and other items and services necessary to perform the driving, pick-up and delivery of cash and other monetary documents (i.e. checks orders for change, etc.) throughout the VISN 2 Upstate sites.
