- FY26 Drone Course EquipmentNotice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s):This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.All quotes must be valid through 31 March 2026Response Date: 17 December 2025 @ 10:00 AM CSTSpecific Instructions. To be considered for technical evaluation, offerors must submit a completed Excel spreadsheet, provided as Attachment 1 to this Request for Quote. Failure to submit a completed Excel spreadsheet may result in your proposal being deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. The Government reserves the right to reject proposals that are incomplete, improperly formatted, or contain inaccurate or misleading information. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Please respond to this RFQ by providing the following information in this document.PIEE Submission. Offerors SHALL deliver proposal through the Solicitation Module in Procurement Integrated Environment (PIEE). Offerors are responsible for ensuring PIEE registration and any training needed is completed prior to anticipated solicitationclosing date.
