Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of Project Manager - Solider Lethality (PM SL) awarded a contract, W15QKN-26-C-0005, to Colt�s Manufacturing Company at 547 New Park Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110, pursuant to Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) Section 3204(e)(4)(E), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-4(a) which states �Full and open competition need not be provided for when precluded by the terms of an international agreement or a treaty between the United States and a foreign government or international organization, or the written directions of a foreign government reimbursing the agency for the cost of the acquisition of the supplies or services for such government.� This contract is to procure Colt M4A1 Carbines, Suppressors, and Flash Hiders. Award was made 15 December 2025.
