Provide health care services by a registered nurse at the Coast Guard clinic located at Port Angeles, Washington to beneficiaries referred for treatment by Coast Guard physicians. This will be a non-personal services contract And medical liability insurance coverage is required. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally not to exceed 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Period of performance will be 01 Jan 1996 through 30 Sep 1996 with two option years. The RFP will be issued on or about 20 Aug 1995. This procurement is a 100 per cent Small Business and Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside. The SIC code is 8049 and the small business size standard is $5 million average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
