Personal Services Contract for three (3) Registered Pharmacists (one (1) permanent full time position and two (2) permanent part-time positions) to work in the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix, AZ. Direct patient care position to provide Emergency Room, Primary Care Medical Care, evening, Saturday coverage during the flu season, after hours chart review and reduce patient waiting times for prescriptions by supplementing existing pharmacy staff. Estimated hours for the full time position is 2080 hours per year. Estimated hours for the part time positions is 1040 and 1664 hours per year.
