This is a DRAFT RFP for 100% 8a Set-aside for the direct conversion of the Air Operations Squadron. This acquisiton is a cost comparison that is being conducted in accordance with the Air Force Commercial Activities Program Instruction that implements the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. The Standard Industry Code and small business size is SIC 8744/ $5.0Million.
