Description

Provide orthopedic clinics to eligible Native Americans and Alaskan Natives at the following locations: San Xavier Health Center, Tucson, Arizona and Sells Indian Hospital, Sells, Arizona. Clinics (4 hours = 1 clinic) are to be provided once a month for a total of twelve (12) clinics per year for each location. Contractor qualifications will be stated in the RFQ. A single fixed-price competitive award is anticipated from RFQ 00-15. The anticipated period of performance is one year from date of award, plus two one-year option periods.
