- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract engineering assistance and production services (EAPS). NAVAIRSYSCOM intends to procure these services thru Rolls-Royce, the sole manufacturer of the F405 series engine and the only firm with the requisite knowledge and expertise to perform the effort. The period of performance being 1 January 2001 thru 30 September 2001. See Note No. 22.
