Description

Description; Spinner bike, model-elite, 26 each; training for spinner elite, number of people to train 6 ea. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format is FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additional information will be provided upon request. See Note 22 The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation- Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offerors representations and certification -- commercial item), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions -- commercial items), 52.212-5 (Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items).
