Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with NSCA Technologies , 9033 Shady Grove Court, Gaithersburg, MD on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 2 ea, p/n decom model 7103-4 DECOM system; 2 ea, p/n option 1, digital to analog. This system is required since the unit must be an exact replacement for the existing equipment. Both hardware & user interface must be identical for existing instrumentation to be applicable. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NSCA Technologies. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotations may be faxed to (301) 757-0200 to the attention of Betty Goddard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
