Description

: The 49th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit proposals for a contract to Repair Water Well, in Facility Area 84123, located in Otero County, NM, approximately 9 miles SE of Holloman AFB, NM. The property to be repaired is generally described as Well SA-3. The Request for proposal (RFP) and all associated documents, when issued, will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities at http://www.eps.gov under Federal Business Opportunities for VENDORS. The anticipated day for issuance is on or about 8 January 2001. Offerors are encouraged to subscribe/register for this solicitation number, F29651-01-R0002, through Federal Business Opportunities to ensure they will receive all documents associated with the procurement in a timely manner. Offerors are reminded that they must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) prior to submitting a proposal against any Government solicitation. Resulting contract shall be firm, fixed price. Performance period and date for a site visit will be listed in the solicitation . This procurement is a 100% HUBZone set-aside. The magnitude is considered to be $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 23581 (Standard Industrial Classification number is 1781), and the business size standard is $11.5 million.
