Description
J -- The VA Connecticut Healthcare System (VA)has a requirement for a supply/service contract for HP laser printers. This service includes inventories and service performed at several VA Hospital and CBOC locations in the State of Connecticut. The contractor will provide listings of all printers at each location, replacement toner cartridges and perform on-going maintenance services on an regular basis and when called. This is a Request for Proposal, with evaluation factors in the solicitation with selection not being made on price alone. The solicitation package can be downloaded at no charge from the following web site: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. If a hard copy is required, a non-refundable charge of $35.00 applies.
