Potenttial sources sought to participate in the regional standardization of IV Venipuncture Safety Devices and Supplies. TRICARE Regions 9 and 10, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical centers in California is considering standardizing and establishing a single source Regional Incentive Agreement for IV Venipuncture Safety Devices and Supplies. A list of technical and clinical criteria and instructions will be provided to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers who are willing to participate, be holders of a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP), and distribute products through DSCP's Prime Vendor program.
