Description

Forest Road Repairs; North Umpqua 1999 ERFO Sites on the North Umpqua Ranger District; 4 road failure sites 25-30 miles east of Roseburg, Oregon. Work includes excavation, sub-drain system construction, reinforced embankments, gabion basket retaining walls, culvert removal and installation, aggregate surfacing and related construction work. This is a Request for Proposals requiring completion of a questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to gabion wall construction, geocomposite sheet drain installation and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. This project may include separately priced option items for related work. The project magnitude is in the range between $250,000 and $500,000. NAICS 234110. See Numbered Note 27.
