Combined Solicitation/Synopsis issued on or about July 13, 2001 for Career Development and Employability skills for 17 potential Job Corps Centers is hereby amendment to add 2 clauses. The first clause is 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. For purposes of this clause, the clause is completed as follows: The Contracting Officer may exercise the option by written notice to the Contractor within 60 days. The second clause added is FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The clause is completed as follows: The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 3 years.All other terms and conditions remain the same.
