Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 15 Contracting Office intends to negotiate a sole source contract with The Peterson Group, 938 S. Highway Dr., Fenton, MO 63026-2040 for service, repair and lobor to install parts and adjustments as necessary to the Space Saver High-Density Filing System. Service must be provided within 24 hours of the request for services. All services provided will be in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. See Numbered Note 22 (exception to Numbered note is that proposal must be received by close of business 8-3-01). The Solicitation will be issued o/a 7-20-01 with quote done o/a 8-3-01. All requests must be on company letter head with name, address phone and number e-mail address. Faxed requests and e-mail request for the solicitation are acceptable.
