Description

Responsible Contractor(s) requested to submit quotations for provision of completely prepared and assembled prescription eyeglasses for a six month period for Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in the VISN 19 region (Denver & Grand Junction Colorado; Salt Lake City Utah; Seridan & Cheyenne Wyoming and Ft. Harrison Montana). Successful Contractor will be required to fill prescription from a selection of frame sizes, and styles with single and multifocal (bifocal & trifocal)lenses, on an as needed basis from six (6) medical centers in the western region, with a minimum seven day turn around time frame. Solicition is being issued as urgent and compelling due to immediate need for product and is being presented for a shorter than usual period for this reason. Contractors should be aware of this requirement to provide necessary information in a timely manner for consideration.
