EMail : sheila.reed@med.va.gov The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System, Little Rock, Arkansas has a need for a contractor to provide Red Blood Cell (RBC's) of random type for the period of February 1,2002 through September 30,2002 with three (3) one-year options. The offeror shall provide RBC's and the necessary services to deliver these products on a weekly, routine (next day) and possibly STAT (same day) basis. The offeror must hold an unrevoked license/certification required to operate as a blood bank under FDA guidelines and any other pertinent accrediting agency. Copies of current accreditation must be submitted with proposal. CAVHS intends to award a firm-fixed price requirements contract. All other requirements, terms and conditions will be available in the solicitation. The NAICS is 621991 and the size standard is $7.5 million.
