- *****AWARD LIMITED TO SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS ONLY***** SOURCES SOUGHT FOR PMA-226 ADVERSARY AND SPECIALIZED AIRCRAFT FOR PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES INTRODUCTION The NAWCAD, Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis the administrative, financial, FMS, fleet scheduling, general operations, project and program management, management analysis, and configuration management support services for to provide support to the PMA-226 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Functional Teams (FTs). PMA-226, the Adversary and Specialized Aircraft Program Office under the Program Executive Officer, Tactical Aircraft (PEO(T)), is responsible for acquiring and providing full lifecycle readiness for sixteen different type/model/series (T/M/S) across Adversary (F-5 and F-16), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Test Pilot School, and Naval Postgraduate School Programs, along with Contracted Air Services in support of the Naval Aviation Enterprise and our International Customers. The Contractor shall provide administrative, financial, FMS, fleet scheduling, general operations, project and program management, management analysis, and configuration management support services for PMA-226 Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Functional Teams (FTs). PMA-226 IPTs and FTs are responsible for the planning, execution and management of PMA-226 programs/efforts. This Market Research tool is being used to identify potential and eligible firms, of all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. The results of the Sources Sought will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. Additionally, this sources sought is being used to gather constructive information from industry to improve the task order request (TOR). This is a follow-on requirement.
